Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using PocketCodedWeb, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What PocketCodedWeb provides

PocketCodedWeb is a mobile web development environment with project management, code editing, terminal-style workflows, local preview, Git/SSH tools, package support, AI assistance, sign-in, trial access, and an optional one-time Premium purchase.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, keeping access to your account secure, and all activity that happens through your account or device. You may request account deletion using the Data Deletion page.

4. Your projects and content

You keep ownership of your source code, files, keys, credentials, prompts, and other project content. You are responsible for your projects, commands, third-party connections, repositories, package downloads, and any content you create, import, export, run, or transmit.

AI Chat uses the personal Gemini API key you provide. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your project. Review all generated code, commands, explanations, and file edits before using them. You are responsible for API usage, costs, quota, and terms associated with the Gemini key or third-party service you choose.

7. Premium purchase and trial

PocketCodedWeb may offer a free trial and a one-time Premium purchase through Google Play. Prices are shown by Google Play before checkout. Purchases, refunds, payment methods, taxes, and purchase restoration are handled through Google Play and may be subject to Google's terms and policies. Premium access may be revoked if a purchase is refunded, reversed, invalid, fraudulent, or no longer reported by Google Play as owned.

8. Third-party services

PocketCodedWeb can connect to services you choose, including Google Firebase, Google Play, Google Gemini, Git hosts, package registries, websites, APIs, and SSH servers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, charges, or data handling.

9. No professional advice

PocketCodedWeb is a development tool. It does not provide legal, financial, security, professional, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing your code, licenses, dependencies, secrets, deployments, and compliance obligations.

10. Disclaimer

PocketCodedWeb is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every project, or that AI output will be correct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost projects, lost credentials, business interruption, third-party charges, or security incidents arising from your use of PocketCodedWeb.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these Terms when features, services, or legal requirements change. We may suspend or stop providing features if needed for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
