Delete account and data

You can request deletion of your PocketCodedWeb account and associated cloud records by email. You can remove local projects and app data directly from your Android device.

Request account deletion

Send a deletion request to Slimkheli2@gmail.com. If possible, send the request from the same email address used for your PocketCodedWeb account. Include "PocketCodedWeb account deletion request" in the subject.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion. After verification, we aim to complete deletion within a reasonable time, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons.

What account deletion removes

Your Firebase Authentication account for PocketCodedWeb;
Cloud Firestore profile records linked to your account, such as display name, email, verification status, profile sync timestamps, trial timestamps, and Premium status;
Service records that are no longer needed to provide the app or meet legitimate retention needs.

Delete local app data from your device

Account deletion does not remotely erase files stored locally on devices you control. To remove local data:

Delete individual projects from the PocketCodedWeb project picker, or
Use Android Settings > Apps > PocketCodedWeb > Storage > Clear storage, or
Uninstall PocketCodedWeb.

Local data this removes

Projects and source files stored inside app-private storage;
Editor state, terminal history, preview cache, and local package/runtime data;
Locally stored Git/SSH data and generated SSH keys;
The locally stored Gemini API key, if you entered one; and
Local trial and cached Premium state.

What is not removed by PocketCodedWeb

Exported files and folders remain wherever you saved them;
Google Play purchase, refund, tax, and payment records are handled under Google's policies;
Data you sent to user-selected remote services, such as Git hosts, package registries, websites, APIs, SSH servers, or Gemini, is governed by those services' own deletion tools and policies;
Records retained for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons may be kept as needed.
